MACARONI FRUIT SALAD 
1 box macaroni rings, cooked as directed
2 (20 oz.) cans crushed pineapple, drained
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drained
1 can mandarin oranges, drained (optional)
1 (30 oz.) can fruit cocktail, drained
2 beaten eggs
1 c. sugar
5 tbsp. flour
1 pt. whipping cream
2 c. mini marshmallows

Drain all fruits and reserve each separately. Mix together the sugar, flour, eggs and 2 cups reserved pineapple juice. Cook and stir until mixture comes to a full boil and thickens. Microwave works well. Cool slightly, then mix together with the cooked macaroni rings which have been drained and cooled.

In a large bowl, stir macaroni mixture together with the drained fruits. Add marshmallows. Chill overnight. Next day fold in the stiffly beaten whipping cream. Decorate with mint leaves and cherries or orange slices as desired.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
