1/2 pt. (1 c.) heavy cream
1 tbsp. bottled horseradish
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp. liquid red pepper seasoning

Combine all above ingredients in a small bowl; beat until soft peaks form.

Serve with tomato aspic or aspic with lime base.
