GREEN GODDESS DRESSING 
1 med. sized clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp. chopped green onion tops
1 tbsp. anchovy paste or 3 or 4 whole anchovies, mashed
1/2 c. dairy sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. tarragon vinegar
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 or 2 drops green food coloring

Combine garlic, onion and anchovy paste. Add remaining ingredients. Chill. Serve as a dressing for mixed greens or for shrimp or crab meat.
