PORK MARINADE 
1/2 c. sauerkraut juice
1/2 c. olive oil
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 onions, sliced
2 crushed garlic cloves
1 tsp. coarsely ground black pepper
1 tsp. dry mustard

Combine all marinade ingredients in a bowl. Marinate pork for 6 hours. Should be covered. Grill. Enough for 8 servings.
