CHOCOLATE MOUSSE 
4 egg yolks
2 egg whites (beaten until stiff)
1/4 c. Kahlua
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 pt. heavy cream, whipped
10 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
5 to 10 tbsp. boiling water

Put chocolate chips in blender and add 5 tablespoons boiling water. Blend for 5 seconds and scrape from sides of blender and add more water until chocolate is syrupy. Add Kahlua, blend 5 seconds. Add vanilla, blend 5 seconds. Add egg yolks, blend 5 seconds. Fold chocolate mixture into beaten egg whites. Then put this mixture into whipped cream and fold again. Put in dishes and let set overnight or at least 4 to 5 hours. Serve with whipped cream on top.
