MANDU (KOREAN) 
1 1/2 pkg. wonton wrappers (75 wrappers)
1/2 lb. bean sprouts, steamed and chopped
1 cake bean curd
1 chopped onion
2 leaves chopped cabbage
2 cloves minced garlic
1 chopped green onion
1 lb. ground beef
1 tbsp. sesame seed
1 tbsp. sesame oil
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper

Mix together all except wonton wrappers. Put 1 teaspoon mixture on each wonton wrapper. Put a bit of beaten egg around the edge of the wrapper to seal. Fold over and pinch edges. To cook: heat 1 tablespoon sesame oil in frying pan. Add 1 1/2 tablespoon water to pan. Cover and steam on low for 5 minutes. Eat with soy sauce.
