OM RICE (KOREAN) 
Om rice, cook enough rice for four people

Chop up all the following in small pieces:

1 med. potato
1 carrot
1/2 med. bell pepper
1 med. onion
Beef - one sm. steak would be just right

STEP #1 - Stir fry all above in 2 tablespoons oil until crisp. Halfway add salt, pepper and Accent (about 1/8 teaspoon).

STEP #2 - Add the cooked rice to above mixture.

STEP #3 - Fry all together and then add 1 teaspoon sesame seed.

Serve with sunny side egg on top. Makes a great breakfast or brunch! Serves 4.
