GRANDMA NYDIGGER'S BOSTON CREAMS 
3 c. white sugar
1 1/2 c. whipping cream
1/2 c. white Karo syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecans

Cook first 3 ingredients to soft ball stage. Remover from heat. Add vanilla and pecans. Whip until creamy. Pour into 9 x 9 inch buttered dish. Cut in squares.
