TANGY DRESSING 
1/2 c. cider vinegar
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. white pepper
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
6 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. low-salt
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. GROUND celery seed

All in blender on BLEND speed until well mixed; remove cover and add 1 cup salad oil and blend on MIX speed. Makes 1 1/2 cups. (Sugar sub is okay.)
