MACARONI AND CHEESE CASSEROLE 
3/4 lb. grated cheese
1 (8 oz.) box elbow macaroni
1/2 c. grated onion
1 c. mayonnaise
1 can mushroom soup
17 Ritz crackers, crushed for top
1/4 can water
1 sm. jar pimento

Cook and drain macaroni. Mix rest of ingredients, except crackers. Put in casserole; cook at 350 degrees at least 30 minutes. Add crumbs just before baking. (Part may be frozen before baking.)
