APPLE SOUR CREAM CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
3/4 to 1 stick butter
3 c. apples, sliced
Scant 3/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 scant c. sour cream
2 eggs, beaten

Blend cake mix and butter with pastry blender or food processor and pat into greased 13 x 9 baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Arrange apples on top. Combine sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle on top of apples. Mix together sour cream and eggs. Pour over apples. Bake for another 25 to 35 minutes or until apples are tender.
