CHIPPED HAM SANDWICHES 
1 tbsp. poppy seed
1/4 lb. butter, melted
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 sm. onion, grated
1 lb. chipped ham
12 tbsp. Swiss cheese, grated

Melt together in saucepan. Let cool until spreading consistency. Spread on semi-hard buns with brush. Add chipped ham and 1 tablespoon grated Swiss cheese to bun.

Wrap in foil and bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. (Make up ahead as they will keep in refrigerator several days. Bake before serving.) Makes 12.
