HAM AND CHEESE SANDWICHES 
1 1/2 lb. pkg. ham (4 long slices)
1 pkg. Swiss cheese (4 long slices)

SAUCE:

1 stick butter
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. onion
1 tbsp. poppy seed
1 tsp. salad mustard
Salt and pepper to taste

Cut ham and cheese in small pieces about the size of roll, use about 3 packages of ready to serve rolls, 24 to package.

Melt butter and ingredients in order. Break each roll open, lay aside. Spread sauce on both sides. Add a small slice of cheese and ham. Fold rolls back together and place back in pan until ready to serve. Bake if fresh rolls at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Can be made ahead of time and frozen. If frozen bake at 250 degrees for 30 minutes.
