QUICHE LORRAINE 
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. light cream or undiluted evaporated milk
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 med. onion, diced
1 1/2 c. Swiss cheese, cubed
1 lb. pork sausage, fried and drained OR
3/4 lb. bacon, fried and drained
9-inch pie shell, baked

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Put eggs, milk, flour, salt, pepper, and nutmeg in blender. Process until well blended, then add onion and Swiss cheese and process.

Sprinkle sausage or bacon in pie shell. Pour egg mixture oven. Bake in 375 degree oven for 35-45 minutes.
