BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 cans water chestnuts, sliced
1 can onion rings

TOPPING:

2 tbsp. bread crumbs
1/4 c. Cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. melted butter

Sprinkle 1/2 can onion rings into ingredients; mix all together and bake in uncovered casserole. Bake about 30-40 minutes or until brown and bubbly. Ten minutes before done add rest of onion rings to top. Bake at 350 degrees.
