In crystal bowl add:

broccoli flowers (raw)
Mandarin orange sections
crisp bacon, crumbled
red onion rings (optional)
raisins (optional)

In blender make dressing:

1 can Eagle Brand canned milk1/2 can Eagle Brand canned milk with vinegar3 tsp. prepared mustard:

Blend and chill. Pour over salad just before serving.
