PEANUT CHO-CO-NUT FUDGE
(Microwave)
 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1/2 c. chunky peanut butter
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Melt chocolate chips at medium high for 2 1/2 minutes. Stir until melted. Add peanut butter and condensed milk. Stir. Cook on medium high for 1 1/2 minutes. Add coconut and nuts. Pour into 8 1/2 x 12 inch buttered dish. Cool and cut. If you don't like coconut, leave out.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
