PEACH GLAZE PIE 
1 qt. sliced fresh peaches
3/4 c. water
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. butter
Pinch of salt
Baked pie shell
Whipping cream

Take 1 cup of sliced peaches; add water and cook 4 minutes. Mix sugar and cornstarch; add to cooked mixture. Cook until thick and clear. Add lemon juice, butter, and salt; cool. Pour a little glaze in pie shell. Arrange remaining fruit. Pour rest of glaze over. Chill in refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Serve with whipped cream.
