PEACH GLAZE PIE 
1 qt. sliced peaches
3/4 c. water
1 c. sugar
Pinch of salt
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. butter
Baked 9 inch pie shell
Whipped cream

Cut up 1 cup of peaches. Add water and cook 4 minutes. Mix sugar and cornstarch and add to the fruit mixture. Cook until thick and clear. Add lemon juice, butter and salt. Cool. Arrange remaining fruit in cooked pie shell. Pour cooled glaze over. Top with whipped cream and a few peach slices. Refrigerate.
