Time prepare: 5 minutes. Cooking time: 15 minutes. Oven temperature: Stove top medium. Serves 4-6

3/4 c. sugar (vanilla) or 1 c. sugar (chocolate)
1/4 c. cornstarch
5 tbsp. cocoa if cooking chocolate
2 egg yolks
2 c. milk (heated)
1 tsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. butter

Mix sugar, cornstarch and cocoa in pot. Gradually stir in heated milk in pan. Cook and stir over medium heat until boils - continue to cook 2 minutes stirring constantly.
