PAELLA VALENCIANA 
1/2 c. oil
1 clove garlic
1 tbsp. onion, chopped
1 tomato, chopped
1 c. rice
2 c. white broth
6 oz. pork, chopped
6 oz. chicken, chopped
8 oz. scallops
8 oz. shrimp
8 oz. lobster, chopped
4 mussels
4 clams
6 oz. squid

Fry well the first four ingredients in a large skillet. Then add saffron and salt to taste; plus the rest of the ingredients. Place heat on medium until it boils, then into oven at 300 degrees for 25 minutes until done.
