MEXICAN CORNBREAD 
1 1/2 c. self-rising cornmeal
3 eggs
1 c. cream style corn
1 c. Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. cooking oil
1 lg. green sweet pepper
1 tsp. crushed red pepper

Grate cheese, chop green pepper fine. Mix all ingredients together. Grease large iron skillet or baking pan. Bake until golden brown.
