CLAM FILLING FOR PANCAKES 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) can dried clams
A little cream or sour cream
Finely chopped parsley
Salt & pepper
Garlic powder
Finely chopped green onion

Whip cream cheese with cream until fluffy. Add clams and remaining ingredients. Season to taste. Spread filling on pancake, roll up and place in casserole. Brush with melted butter. Cover with foil and heat at 400 degrees until very hot.
