CHICKEN DIVAN 
2 pkg. frozen broccoli
1 whole chicken or 3 breasts, cooked
6 tbsp. butter
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
6 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
1 c. chicken broth
2 egg yolks
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. sherry

Cook broccoli. Drain, arrange in bottom of greased baking dish. drain chicken, reserving broth. Separate from bones. melt butter and stir in flour. Add milk and 1 cup of chicken broth. Cook until thick. Beat egg yolk slightly and stir in little of sauce mixture. Then add to sauce and stir until thick for 1 minute.

Remove from heat and add lemon juice and sherry. Salt and pepper. Sprinkle 1/2 of cheese over broccoli, arrange chicken on top. Pour sauce over all. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
