SAUERBRATEN MEAT BALLS 
1 1/2 lbs. ground round
Sm. can evaporated milk
3 tbsp. chopped onion
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. ketchup
1 c. cider vinegar
6 crushed ginger snaps
2/3 tbsp. brown sugar

Shape first column of ingredients into meatballs and brown. Heat together second column and pour over meatballs. Simmer 10 minutes.
