SAUSAGE MEAT BALLS 
1 lb. sausage
1 egg
2/3 c. finely crushed Cheddar cheese croutons (may substitute bread crumbs)

Mix above ingredients, shape into balls, and brown in skillet. Then simmer in sauce for 1/2 hour.

SAUCE:

1/2 c. ketchup
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
