FIRECRACKER CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion (chopped)
1 can refried beans
2 c. cooked rice
1-2 tbsp. chili powder
salt and pepper to taste
6-8 flour tortillas
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Brown meat with onions and drain; add refried beans and cooked rice. Add spices and simmer for 5 minutes. Line 13x9 pan with 3-4 tortillas. Pour meat mixture in pan. Top with remaining tortillas. Combine soup and tomatoes in bowl. Pour over top of tortillas. Sprinkle with cheese.

Bake uncovered at 350°F for 30 minutes or until heated through. Serve with sour cream on side.
