MOLASSES BREAD PUDDING 
8 slices old bread (cubed) or 6 c. cold biscuits (crumbled)
2 eggs
2 tbsp. butter (melted)
3 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. molasses (thick)
2 c. scalded milk
1/2 tsp. salt

Place bread cubes or crumbs in a well greased baking dish. Beat the eggs, sugar, molasses and salt together then add milk and butter. Pour this mixture over the bread.
