CHICKEN CONTINENTAL 
3 lbs. chicken pieces
1/4 c. flour
2 tbsp. oil
1 can mushrooms, sliced
16 oz. can tomatoes, chopped
1/3 c. soy sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
1 onion, sliced
1/4 c. pitted black olives
3 c. cooked rice

Coat chicken with flour and brown in hot oil. Drain mushrooms (reserve liquid). Combine liquid with tomatoes, soy sauce, and garlic. Add to chicken and onion, simmer for 45 minutes. Stir in mushrooms and olives, bring to a boil. Serve over rice.
