CHICKEN CONTINENTAL 
2 whole chicken breasts, split
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
2 tbsp. butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. parsley
1 1/2 c. uncooked Minute rice

In skillet brown chicken, mushrooms in the butter. Stir in soup, water, parsley and 1/4 teaspoon salt and dash of pepper. Simmer until rice is tender.
