BELL PEPPERS 
8 bell peppers
1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 egg
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 c. rice
Salt and pepper
1 can tomato sauce

Wash bell peppers and take out seeds. Boil them in water until tender. Mix hamburger, rice and egg all together. Stuff the peppers with the ingredients. Put tomato sauce in a large pan and a can of water. Add the peppers to tomato sauce and water and cook for about an hour.
