8 med. potatoes
1 can carrots & peas (drained)
1 onion (diced)
2 red apples (diced)
3 hot dogs (sliced)
Sweet pickle relish
Mayonnaise

Mix all ingredients. Refrigerate before and after serving. Will keep in refrigerator up to 1 week.
