SALMON LOAF 
1 can (16 oz.) salmon
1/3 c. milk
2/3 c. soft bread crumbs
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
Paprika

Drain fish, remove bones and skin and flake with fork. Combine with remaining ingredients and mix well. Spoon mixture into a 1 quart glass baking dish. Sprinkle with paprika. Cover and cook in microwave oven 10 to 14 minutes at bake, or until loaf is set around the edges. Let stand 5 minutes before serving and garnish with parsley and lemon wedges.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
