TACO SALAD 
1 lb. ground beef
2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. cumin
1 med. can kidney beans, drained
1 med. head of lettuce, cut in 1" pieces
1 lg. tomato, cut in 1/2" pieces
1 sm. red onion, cut in rings
1/2 c. sliced black olives
1 c. crushed taco flavored chips
1/2 lb. grated cheddar cheese
8 oz. Catalina dressing
Hot sauce to taste

Brown beef; add seasonings; drain off fat. Add beans and cool. Toss all ingredients in large bowl with dressing and serve immediately. Serves 6.
