SMOKED TURKEY | |
Make a paste of 1/2 cup salad oil and 1/4 cup salt. Use part of this to rub on and inside the turkey at the beginning. To remaining mixture add 1/4 cup vinegar, 1 teaspoon pepper, 2 teaspoons parsley flakes. Baste every 20 to 30 minutes. Keep grill close to 250 to 275 degrees. |
