CHICKEN ITALIANO 
8-12 halves boned chicken breast
2 eggs, slightly beaten
3/4 c. Italian bread crumbs
3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/3 c. butter
1 (6 oz.) pkg. mozzarella cheese
1 sm. can tomato sauce

Dip chicken breasts in slightly beaten egg and then into mixture of bread crumbs mixed with Parmesan cheese and paprika. Brown in 1/3 cup butter until nicely browned on both sides. Remove from pan and place in Pyrex dish. Top with sliced Mozzarella cheese. Pour tomato sauce over all. Cover tightly with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
