HAM-CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. cooked ham
1 c. cooked rice

SAUCE:

2/3 c. minced onions, sauteed
3 c. med. white sauce
1 c. diced cheese
2 c. diced cooked chicken

Pour rice into casserole dish to cover bottom of dish. Add layer of ham; alter with rice, then with chicken and sauce. Top with bread crumbs and melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees until brown.
