CHICKEN - HAM - RICE CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked chicken
1 c. diced ham
2 c. cooked rice
1 can creamed chicken soup, undiluted
1 c. diced celery
1/2 c. mayonnaise
3 hard-cooked eggs
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 onion, grated
1 can water chestnuts

Cover with buttered cracker crumbs. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
