HAWAIIAN FRUIT SALAD 
2 cans pineapple chunks, drained (reserve juice)
1 c. mandarin oranges, drain
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 jar maraschino cherries, drained
3 bananas, sliced
1 sm. pkg. (4 oz.) vanilla instant pudding mix

Mix the instant pudding mix with 1 cup reserved pineapple juice. Fold all ingredients together with the pineapple chunks, mandarin oranges and maraschino cherries. Refrigerate just before serving, slice the bananas into the salad and mix gently.
