HAMBURGER CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 to 2 small onions
1 lg. or 2 sm. boxes mixed frozen vegetables
2 cans cream soup (chicken or mushroom)
Grated cheese
1 lg. pkg. tator tots
Salt
Pepper

In a 9 x 13 inch glass pyrex baking dish, press hamburger firmly in the bottom of dish. Salt and pepper. Slice onions over top of meat and mixed vegetables, then spread cream soup over vegetables; sprinkle grated cheese over soup, lastly add tator tots to cover the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. For a smaller party, cut down on ingredients. Will serve 8 to 10 people.
