BOB'S SATURDAY MORNING GRAVY 
6 tbsp. bacon drippings
2 slices thick bologna, cut into sm. pieces
2 c. milk
1 c. water
Flour, sifted
Salt
Pepper

In iron frying pan (medium heat) lightly brown bologna in bacon fat. Then, add enough sifted flour to absorb fat and brown little more, stirring constantly. Add milk and water and heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil 1 1/2-2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve over hot biscuits. Note: If too thick add milk to desired consistency.

We ate this all the time when I was growing up in rural Indiana. We had it for breakfast with a fried egg,and slice of bread, not biscuits. Loved it, but got teased if someone asked what I ate for breakfast.
