TURKEY CURRY 
2 lb. butter
1/3 c. finely chopped onion
1 or 2 tbsp. curry powder
1 (10 1/2 oz.) condensed cream of chicken soup
2 c. diced cooked turkey
1 c. packaged precooked rice
Lemon juice

Melt butter in saucepan; add onions and cook until tender. Stir in curry powder, heat a few seconds, add 2/3 cup of water and the soup. Heat while stirring. Add turkey and heat. Add lemon juice to taste, and serve over rice. About 4 servings.
