CURRIED TURKEY 
2 (16 oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed, drained
8 c. turkey, cooked, chopped fine in blender
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. milk
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. curry
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 lb. mild cheddar cheese, grated

Layer broccoli and turkey in large, lightly buttered baking dish. Blend remaining ingredients, except cheese, in a bowl. Pour over turkey. Sprinkle top with cheese. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. NOTE: Yield: approximately 20 servings.
