BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 lb. hamburger
1/4 c. onions, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
3 tbsp. lemon juice
3 tbsp. red wine
1 can mushroom soup
1 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1 c. sliced mushrooms
8 oz. sour cream
1/4 lb. noodles

Brown meat, onion and garlic until tender; drain. Add remaining ingredients except sour cream and noodles. Stir to blend well. Heat thoroughly. Meanwhile, cook noodles. When ready to serve, fold in sour cream and add noodles.
