PEACH-GRAPEFRUIT SALAD 
1 lg. grapefruit
1 1/2 c. drained canned cling peach slices
Salad greens
2 tbsp. salad oil
2 tsp. fresh, frozen or canned lemon juice
Dash salt
Dash sugar
Flaked coconut

Pare, then cut grapefruit into sections. Drain peaches well. On each bed of salad greens, arrange peach slices alternately with grapefruit sections. In small jar, combine oil, lemon juice, salt, sugar; shake well to blend. Just before serving, pour some of dressing over each salad; sprinkle with coconut. Makes 4-5 servings.
