GRAPEFRUIT SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello
1/2 c. boiling water
1 env. plain gelatin, soaked in 3 tbsp. cold water
1/2 c. grapefruit juice
1 c. ginger ale
1/2-1 c. slivered blanched almonds
2 c. grapefruit sections

Mix and dissolve Jello in boiling water. Mix plain gelatin in water. Add to Jello. Add juice and ginger ale. Chill to egg white consistency. Add grapefruit sections and nuts. Pour into mold. Chill until firm. Makes 8 servings. I use fresh grapefruit.
