PEANUT BUTTER AND CHOCOLATE CHIP
SQUARES
 
1 c. butter, softened
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 1/4 c. unsifted all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 1/2 c. peanut butter chips

Cream butter, brown sugar, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until light and fluffy. Combine flour, baking soda, and salt; add to creamed mixture. Combine chocolate and peanut butter chips; stir into batter. Spread mixture evenly into greased 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1 inch jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. Cool in pan. Cut into bars. Makes 48 cookies.
