SWEET & SOUR MEATBALLS 
2 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. minute rice, uncooked
1 tbsp. fresh onion, grated

Mix well. Roll into balls a little larger than a quarter. Brown in oil. Drain. Then simmer in sauce about 30 minutes.

SAUCE:

2 lg. cans tomato sauce
1/2 box brown sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
