CRANBERRY SALAD 
1 c. ground raw cranberries
1 c. ground unpeeled raw apples
1 c. sugar
1 orange, cut in sm. pieces
1 pkg. lemon gelatin
1 c. hot water
1 c. pineapple syrup
1/2 c. seeded Tokay grapes, halved
1/4 c. black walnuts

Combine cranberries, apples, sugar and orange. Dissolve gelatin in the hot water; then add pineapple syrup. Chill until partially set. Add cranberry and apple mixture, grapes and nuts. Chill until firm. May be served on pineapple slices with lettuce if desired.
