ZESTY TOMATO AND CABBAGE SOUP 
1 (46 oz.) can tomato juice
2 beef bouillon cubes
1 med. head cabbage, cut up
1 c. water
1 med. onion, sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp. salt
Dash hot pepper
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice

In 4 quart pan combine all ingredients. Over medium heat, bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 35 minutes or until cabbage is tender. Makes 10 cups, 1 cup equals 65 calories.
